Bulletin Board
How it works:
A bulletin board is a designated page within a website that
is open to the public to post articles,
links, or pictures.
To add an article the user clicks on the "post
an article" link, fills out
the form, and the text is posted above the previous posting.
Bulletin boards are sometimes referred to as web logs, blogs,
guest books, ride boards, or other
titles referred to its goal.
Fields within the form can be customized to the board's relevance.

Frames, a frame on the right, a
frame on the left, a frame on the bottom with 50 scroll bars,
what a mess.
