How it works:

topic, reply,
and post.
Forums are broken up by "discussions".
Each discussion can have multiple "topics".
A topic and a "reply" are considered "posts".
Example of a Music Trading
Forum:
Selecting "Audio CD Trades" discussion
enters this category:
Selecting topic "CD Blowout.."
enters this specific post, it currently
has 9 replies and has been viewed 369 times:
For a quick personal response, just click on the
email button.
To reply within the forum, or start your own topic, use the
buttons located at the top of the
discussion.
Anything goes, unless the administrator bans certain users
for misconduct, and this does happen.
You can become a forum master in one day.
